“The cake was the hit of my wedding reception! Having a vegan wedding with non-vegan attendees, there were certainly a number of non-believers in the crowd. At least 20 of them came up to me and raved about the cake, saying they had no idea that a vegan cake could be good. And it wasn’t just ‘good for a vegan cake’, it was good for any kind of cake you would want to compare it to. The icing was so amazing that I heard people asking for cake ‘with extra icing’. But my favorite part was how Kristen decorated it – I gave her one of our invitations and said, do your best, and she did that and then some – it was instantly recognizable as matching the design on our invitation.
